Data collected and purposes

• Contact form: name, email, profile and message, used only to answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a follow-up. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
• Audience measurement (only if you accept): page views, visit duration, device type, via Google Analytics with IP anonymisation. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a).
• Security: the host temporarily uses your IP address to filter spam sent through the form (legitimate interest).

Retention

Contact messages: 3 years after the last exchange. Analytics cookies: 13 months maximum. Your cookie choice is kept for 13 months.

Recipients

Data is intended for Théo Brugel only. Form messages are received and stored by the website host (Netlify, Inc., USA, transfers covered by the Data Privacy Framework) and then forwarded by email. If you accept analytics, Google (Google Ireland Ltd) receives browsing data, with possible transfers to the USA under the Data Privacy Framework. No data is ever sold.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies. Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are only set after you accept them in the banner. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Declining does not prevent you from using the site.

Your rights
